Our cavatelli is house-made from scratch. Cavatelli is small shell-shaped pasta with curved edges. Does well holding chunky sauces and also pairs nicely with meat, cream, seafood or vegetable sauces. Cavatelli is frozen. Bring 2 quarts of lightly salted water to a rapid boil. Let pasta cook uncovered for 4-5 minutes. Strain and serve with your favorite sauce.
