Use 3 cups of water to every 1 cup of Polenta. Bring water to a boil in a medium sized poz. Add 1 tsp. salt for every 3 cups of water. Reduce heat to medium-low to simmer. Pour in Polenta in thin streams, stirring constantly. Cook 25-30 minutes until Polenta comes away from the sides of pot with ease. Top with your favorite sauce and serve.
