Vegetarian Style: Pasta sheets layered with sauteed zucchini, yellow squash, mushrooms, ricotta cheese, marinara sauce & Parmigiano cheese then baked to perfection.
Cold lasagna is thawed and ready to reheat. Preheat oven to 350°. Place pan in oven and bake, approximately 45 minutes for a large, 30 minutes for a small. Check the center for a temperature of 165°.
Frozen lasagna should be thawed overnight in refrigerator before reheating.
Full pan serves 12-15, half pan serves 6-8.
