91 Points from James Suckling! "This is always a fresh and vivid Arneis with sliced lemon and green apple character. Medium body with crisp acidity and a flavorful finish. Lightly frothy texture."
Blangè is the white side of Piedmontese wines; a product that defined an era, revolutionizing Langhe winemaking that was previously devoted exclusively to red grapes. It is the product of a highly distinctive region, the Roero, and a desire to improve varietal recognition, as well as drinking pleasure. Blangè combines sustainable practices in the vineyard with a modern take. Fruit and minerality, aromatics and balanced freshness, coexist in this white wine that has made enjoyment and versatility its trademark.
Pairings: Ideal with portabella mushrooms or truffle cheese.
Monsordo Bernardina Estate: In the late 80s the Ceretto family found an old farmstead in the outskirts of Alba, and gradually transformed it into its main offices. This estate, known as Monsordo Bernardina and historically linked to the love story between Vittorio Emanuele II and the beautiful Rosina, within a few years became the main hub of the company; here we carry out not only the activities associated with the production and refinement of some of the most important wine labels, but also the administrative and commercial activities, offices and warehouse. There are more than 30 hectares of vineyards that surround the farmstead, both traditional and international varieties, all grown under strong principles of environmental sustainability. Tradition at the house of Ceretto rhymes with innovation and here under creative forces, in 2009, The Grape (l’Acino) was created, a permanent installation overlooking the beautiful vineyards, which complements the modern space to welcome guests and promote the region.
