This young Gouda is known in Holland as Roomkaas (or Cream Cheese). Smooth and buttery soft, you can taste the sweetness of pure Dutch milk in every bite. Let the rich texture melt on your tongue and take you away. Aged 4-6 weeks. Great for snacking, on a cheese board, for melting or shredding.
Pairs perfectly with chardonnay.
