Eggplant slices dipped in an egg-parmigiano batter and breading, then layered with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.
Cold Eggplant Parmesan is thawed and ready to reheat. Preheat oven to 350°. Place pan in oven and bake, approximately 45 minutes for a large, 30 minutes for a small. Check the center for a temperature of 165°.
Frozen Eggplant Parmesan should be thawed overnight in refrigerator before reheating.

Ordered several items for a Christmas party. All came out great, this eggplant parm was delicious and was easy to bake in the oven. No problems at all and the flavor was great.
