Hot Dry Coppa is a dry cured capicolla made from boneless pork shoulder that is hand rubbed with aromatic coarse ground black pepper, red pepper seasoning and marinated in wine. Coppa is similar in texture to Prosciutto and should be sliced as thinly as possible to capture its true tenderness. Sliced to order.
