Rustichella d'Abruzzo Squid Ink artisan pasta is similar to Spaghetti but with a bigger diameter. It matches seafood-based sauces with cherry tomatoes and rocket and the “mari e monti” (seas and mountains) version with prawns and cheek lard. It's also perfect with a tomato basil sauce or “alle Olive” sauce with a bit of Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Cooking time: 9-11 minutes.
During pasta production, Rustichella d’Abruzzo adds natural natural squid ink to durum wheat semolina and water to create an aromatized pasta with no colourants or preservatives which can be served even with just a bit of raw Extra Virgin Olive Oil, or other red and white sauces.
