Our Casarecce is house-made from scratch in small batches to ensure freshness. Originating from Sicily, Casarecce is a traditional short pasta, loosely rolled lengthways and slightly twisted. Their twisted shape makes them perfect for holding sauces. Pair Casarecce with Sam's Pesto or Vodka Sauce. Bring 2 quarts of lightly salted water to a rapid boil. Let pasta cook uncovered for 4-5 minutes. Strain and serve with your favorite sauce.
