Bucatini (also called Perciatelli) has an elongated shape with a round cross-section and is hollow inside. Bucatini is versatile and excellent with sauces made with butter, meat or fish. Bucatini is also perfect with vegetable sauces prepared with a tomato sauce with peppers, aubergines, courgettes, olives and capers.
