Our orecchiette is house-made from scratch in small batches to ensure freshness. Orecchiette, translated as “little ears” in Italian, is a small, ear-shaped pasta that originated in southern Italy. Pair orecchiette with a rich Marinara or Meat Sauce. Bring 2 quarts of lightly salted water to a rapid boil. Let pasta cook uncovered for 4-5 minutes. Strain and serve with your favorite sauce.
