Himalayan pink salt, also known as “white gold.” It has a pink color characteristic of Himalayan salt and is rich in minerals, particularly iron that gives it the characteristic pink color. The salt does not receive any whitening treatments, refination process or oligominerals with chemical procedures. Grains are medium to large with notes of white truffle (Tuber magnatum Pico). Ideal as seasoning for boiled and grilled meat, fish and vegetables courses.
