Welcome to Sam's Italian Deli & Market. By accessing or using our website at samsitaliandeli.com (the "Site") or placing an order with us in person, by phone, or online, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of the Site

You may use this Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it, or interfere with any other party's use of the Site.

2. Orders, Pricing, and Availability

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Menu items, market products, and catering offerings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear to be placed by automated means or that contain inaccurate information.

3. Online Ordering

Online and catering orders are placed through third-party ordering services (currently Toast and ChowNow). Payment, order confirmations, and refunds for those orders are also subject to that provider's terms and privacy policy.

4. Catering Orders

All catering orders require at least 24 hours' advance notice, and we recommend ordering 3–5 days in advance for groups over 25. Cancellations require 24 hours' notice. Delivery is available in the Fresno and Clovis areas on qualifying orders; full catering terms are provided at the time of booking.

5. Food Allergies

Our kitchen handles wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, and shellfish. While we take reasonable care to prevent cross-contact, we cannot guarantee that any menu item is free from a specific allergen. Guests with severe allergies should speak with a manager before ordering.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, photographs, and the Sam's Italian Deli name and brand — is the property of Sam's Italian Deli & Market or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

7. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (for example, online ordering, social media, or delivery partners). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those third-party sites.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
