Vegetarian Style: Sauteed zucchini, yellow squash, mushrooms & eggplant layered with ricotta cheese, our house-made pasta sheets, marinara sauce & Parmigiano cheese, then baked to perfection.
Cold lasagna is frozen. To reheat, let thaw for 2-3 hours or store in refrigerator overnight. Remove plastic wrap and cover with foil. Bake for approximately 30 minutes (60 minutes if still frozen). Remove foil for the last 10 minutes.
Full pan serves 12-15, half pan serves 6-8.
